이용방법

또타라커 → 인천공항(T1, T2) 캐리어 배송하기

1. 배송일 전날 배송 예약하기

- 배송일 하루 전 또타라커 앱 또는 또타러기지 홈페이지에서 배송 예약해주세요. (접수 당일 배송불가)

- 선택한 역사에 이용 가능한 대형보관함이 없는 경우 배송접수가 제한됩니다.

- 최대 32인치 캐리어 까지만 배송접수 가능합니다.

- 캐리어 1개당 1건으로 배송 접수해야 합니다.

- 또타라커 앱 배송탭에서 또타라커 일회용 비밀번호를 확인할 수 있습니다.

- 인천공항에서 오전에 출국하는 경우 배송일을 출국일 전날로 접수해야 하며, 보관료가 추가 부과됩니다.

2. 배송요청일 오전 10시까지 또타라커에 캐리어 맡기기

- 출발지 또타라커에 도착하여 비밀번호를 입력하고 캐리어를 보관해주세요.

- 배송이 시작되면 또타라커 앱 배송탭에서 배송QR코드를 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 인천공항(T1, T2)에서 캐리어 찾기

- 도착시간 (T1 : 3:30pm, T2 : 4:30pm) 이후에 캐리어를 찾을 수 있습니다.

- 도착지에서 배송QR코드를 스캔하여 캐리어를 찾아주세요.

- 도착지에서 캐리어 회수가 지연될 경우 추가요금이 부과됩니다.

또타라커 : 서울 지하철역 1호선 ~ 9호선 269역사 운영 중

(단 1호선 : 서울역 ~ 청량리 구간, 9호선 : 삼전역 ~ 중앙보훈병원역 구간 내만 서비스 가능)

또타라커 운영시간 : 5:00AM ~ 1:00AM(평일) / 5:00AM ~ 12:00AM(주말)

또타러기지 → 인천공항(T1, T2) 캐리어 배송하기

1. 배송일 전날 배송 예약하기

- 현장 상황에 따라 당일 접수는 제한될 수 있습니다.

- 최대 32인치 캐리어 까지만 배송접수 가능합니다.

- 캐리어 1개당 1건으로 배송 접수해야 합니다.

- 또타라커 앱 배송 탭에서 배송QR을 확인할 수 있습니다.

- 인천공항에서 오전에 출국하는 경우 배송일을 출국일 전날로 접수해야 하며, 보관료가 추가 부과됩니다.

2. 배송요청일 오전 12시까지 또타러기지에 캐리어 맡기기

- 출발지 또타러기지에 도착하여 QR코드를 스캔하고 캐리어를 맡겨주세요.

3. 인천공항(T1, T2)에서 캐리어 찾기

- 도착시간 (T1 : 3:30pm, T2 : 4:30pm) 이후에 캐리어를 찾을 수 있습니다.

- 도착지에서 배송QR코드를 스캔하여 캐리어를 찾아주세요.

- 도착지에서 캐리어 회수가 지연될 경우 추가요금이 부과됩니다.

또타러기지 : 서울 지하철역 주요역사 4개소 운영 중(서울역, 홍대입구역,명동역, 김포공항역)

또타러기지 운영시간 : 9:00AM ~ 10:00PM(평일/주말)

How to use

T_Locker → Incheon Airport (T1, T2) luggage delivery

1. Make a reservation for delivery the day before the delivery date.

- Please reserve delivery on the T-Locker app or T-Luggage website one day before the delivery date. ​(Delivery on the same day of receipt is not possible)

- Delivery acceptance will be limited if there is no large storage locker available in the selected station.

- We only accept delivery of carriers up to 32 inches.

- Only one shipment per carrier must be accepted.

- You can check the T-Lockerr one-time password in the T-Locker app delivery tab.

- If you are departing from Incheon Airport in the morning, you must apply for the delivery date the day ​before your departure date, and additional storage fees will be charged.

2. Leave your carrier at the T-Locker by 10:00 AM on the day of delivery request.

- When you arrive at the departure point, please enter the password and store your carrier.

- Once delivery begins, you can check the delivery QR code in the delivery tab of the T-Locker app.

3. Find your carrier at Incheon Airport (T1, T2)

- You can pick up your carrier after the arrival time (T1: 3:30pm, T2: 4:30pm).

- Please scan the delivery QR code at the destination to find the carrier.

- Additional charges will apply if carrier pickup is delayed at the destination.

T-Locker: Operating 269 stations on Seoul Subway Lines 1 to 9 (Line 1: Seoul Station to Cheongnyangni ​section, Line 9: Samjeon Station to Central Veterans Hospital Station section only)

T-Locker operating hours: 5:00AM to 1:00AM (weekdays) / 5:00AM to 12:00AM (weekends)

T-Luggage → Incheon Airport (T1, T2) Luggage delivery

1. Make a reservation for delivery the day before the delivery date

- Same-day registration may be restricted depending on on-site circumstances.

- We only accept delivery of carriers up to 32 inches.

- Only one shipment per carrier must be accepted.

- You can check the delivery QR in the delivery tab of the T-Locker app.

- If you are departing from Incheon Airport in the morning, you must apply for the delivery date the ​day before your departure date, and additional storage fees will be charged.

2. Leave your carrier at the delivery location by 12:00 AM on the day of delivery request.

- When you arrive at the departure point, please scan the QR code and check in your carrier.

3. Find your carrier at Incheon Airport (T1, T2)

- You can pick up your carrier after the arrival time (T1: 3:30pm, T2: 4:30pm).

- Please scan the delivery QR code at the destination to find the carrier.

- Additional charges will apply if carrier pickup is delayed at the destination.

T_Luggage: Operating at 7 major subway stations in Seoul (Seoul Station, Hongik University Station, Jamsil ​Station, Suseo Station, Myeongdong Station, Gimpo Airport Station, Jongno3(sam)-ga Station) T_Luggage ​operating hours: 9:00AM ~ 10:00PM (weekdays/weekends)
